All Day  /  FAMILY FITNESS CHALLENGE
All families in attendance are invited to participate in a fun and educational experience where you visit six stations (positioned throughout the expo hall) to complete a physical activity or question. After completing all six stations return your "challenge card" to the prize drum and be entered to win a family gym membership!


​All Day  /  BURPEES FOR BOOBIES
​How many burpees can you do in one minute? Through out the weekend Fitness Expo 2.0 will be hosting "Burpees for Boobies" to benefit The Pink Agenda of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. For every $10 donation you will be entered to win prizes from our generous exhibitors! Prizes for most burpees and random drawings from all donors!


All Day  /  GAGA TOURNAMENTS Hosted by Mohawk Day Camp
Gaga is a fast paced, high energy sport played in an octagonal pit. The more players the better! Dubbed a kinder gentler version of dodge ball, the game is played with a soft foam ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. Players need to keep moving to avoid getting hit by the ball. Fun and easy, everyone gets a serious workout.

We are very excited to announce that two time NY Giants Super Bowl Champion, Sean Landeta will be signing autographs at Fitness Expo 2.0! You will also get a chance to try on a Super Bowl ring and take pictures with a Super Bowl Trophy replica.10am to 11;30am.

  • Westchester Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness                        Showcases their unique blend of fitness and practical martial arts techniques. The demo will be performed by our instructors and students and will include elements of Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and general fitness techniques.
  • Academy of Dance Arts Dance Company                                Watch out, here they come! This company of young dancers brings their stellar style to the main stage.

with Dr. Marie O'Connor, RN, DNP
