Hardstyle Kettlebell Movements
In this session designed for experienced trainers, you will learn how to effectively perform and instruct the Hardstyle Kettlebell movements. Kettlebell Safety, Proper Kettlebell Etiquette, Rooting, Potential Client Issues, Proper Clothing & Equipment, Advanced Training & Overcoming Objections will all be covered.

The full intensive encompasses 6 hours of training. 

Maximizing Hormonal Output Through Lifting and Diet
This seminar will cover which lifts yield the most hormonal output, where they belong in your program, why the balance of calories and hormones matter and training around the menstrual cycle. Biochemistry will be touched on just enough so you know how to get awesome results.

Compromised Primary Engines:  Spotting Force Dump and Spinal Compensation in the Incomplete Mechanics of the Hip and Shoulder
This workshop will focus on being able to; identify the book ends of hip and shoulder function; recognize spinal compensation patterns when incomplete mechanics of the hip and shoulder are expressed. Participants will be exposed to practical observation and assessment skills while participating in this movement heavy workshop.
1.5 Hour Session with Phil Ross (9:15am - 10:45am)
1.5 Hour Session with Ali Gilbert (11:00am - 12:30pm)
3 Hour Session with Kelly Starrett (1:30pm - 4:30pm)

  • Available only to fitness and health professionals. 

  • Be prepared to work, bring a notepad and a towel. Participants will be required to be barefoot or wear low profile footwear​

  • Participation waiver must be completed at check in. 

  • Continuing education credits applied for and pending

  • Participants must complete all six hours of workshop to receive continuing education credits.

  • No video taping in permitted. Participants are encouraged to take notes​
