Join Amy and her team for some hardcore, self-defense inspired kickboxing combinations followed by new amped up body weight strength and conditioning exercises. These exercises are designed to help you help yourself get fit by utilizing your own body weight and range of motion. We start our body weight exercises slowly, then we AMP up with either speed, range of motion or using time, to maximize the challenge (modifications will be provided). Who needs equipment when the best equipment is your own body! Get ready to use maximum energy and amplify your fitness.

While Zumba features only rhythmic moves, our dance-inspired classes will get you moving to the rhythm while we add additional elements like rhythm sticks which provide the percussion (and workout your arms!) for a true full body experience.

Gaga is a fast paced, high energy sport played in an octagonal pit. The more players the better! Dubbed a kinder gentler version of dodge ball, the game is played with a soft foam ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. Players need to keep moving to avoid getting hit by the ball. Fun and easy, everyone gets a serious workout.
